WUSTOF CHEFS KNIFE

An old Wustof chefs knife that was extremely blunt. Damaged area were ground out and bevels re-ground to 14degs both sides. Polished and honed this knife is razor sharp

IRWIN MARPLES CHISEL

Part of a full set of Irwin Marples chisels that I sharpened. All were very badly damaged and blunt. All were given a clean, backs were flattened, primary bevels ground to 25degs, secondary bevel 35degs. Hand polished and honed to razor sharpness.
